Motorola, Inc. was an American multinational telecommunications company founded on September 25, 1928, based in Schaumburg, Illinois. After having lost $4.3 billion from 2007 to 2009, the company demerged into two independent public companies, Motorola Mobility and Motorola Solutions on January 4, 2011. Motorola Inc. was renamed Motorola Solutions and is legally the direct successor to the original company after the demerger from Motorola Mobility. Motorola mobile phones was sold to Google in 2012, and acquired by Lenovo in 2014.

Motorola Mobility was established in 2011 following the split of Motorola into two companies, with Motorola Solutions catering to the enterprise segment. Acquired soon after by Google, Motorola Mobility was sold to Lenovo in 2014. Motorola made its first Android smartphone in 2009, and its first Android tablet in 2011. Motorola mobile phones launch is One Fusion. The smartphone was launched in June 2020 (expected). The phone comes with a 6.52-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1600 pixels.

It comes with 4GB of RAM. The phone packs 64GB of internal storage As far as the cameras are concerned, the Motorola One Fusion packs a 48-megapixel + 5-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Motorola One Fusion runs Android 10 and is powered by a 5000mAh.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and USB Type-C.
